2. To develop environmentally friendly chemistry science and technology through cutting-edge research recognized in Southeast Asia.
3. To develop and disseminate chemistry knowledge that is relevant to the potential of natural resources and the enhancement of community welfare through the activities of the three pillars of higher education.
4. To enhance cooperation in the three pillars of higher education with other institutions at both national and Southeast Asian regional levels.
